The field-crops organization is a coalition of local farmers and agriculture professionals, collaborating in marketing, distribution and knowledge for the benefit of its members.The members consist of growers, marketers, R&D and educational personnel.

The organization holds regular meetings where members can formulate positions, share knowledge and experience. This activity is vital in creating strong personal and professional bonds and in creating involvement by the members.

The organization represents its farmers in a variety of forums such as the Israeli ministry of agriculture. It manages some of the seeds orders, conducts educational tours with collaboration of the farmers, coordinates between agriculture R&D project and the needs rising from the farmers.
